User Guide to RapidILL: Home

1. Go to the ITE Library Catalogue at:

https://ite.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/search?vid=65ITE_INST:ITE
            Login with your ITE credentials, if you haven't done so.

2. Type in your search terms and select "Everything". For example:
   
3. At the right, near the top of the screen, activate "Expand My Results":
   
   What this does is to let you search selected libraries in Singapore and other countries for an article (not eBooks) that ITE Library does not have.
4. Here's a sample list of results:
   
5. Suppose you are interested in the first article above. Click on the first title above to access the full record.
6. At the full record, click on "Check for available services" and you will be brought to "Resource Sharing":
   
7. Upon clicking on "Resource Sharing", the following form will appear, with some fields auto-populated:
   (Note RapidILL is for articles or book chapters only; ensure "Article" is highlighted)

9. Submit the form. You will be notified if your article request is successful.
